Our Work

Since 2002, the Women’s Journey Conference has assisted women in improving their feelings of self-worth by providing day-long program of motivating workshops, inspiring speakers, invigorating entertainment, shopping opportunities, time-out for self-reflection and camaraderie. The Women’s Journey Conference is dedicated to empowering women and building self-esteem in young girls in Orange County, CA.

Our-work-girlThe annual event offers workshops and activities that cultivate self-confidence, promoting personal worth to dispel false assumptions that a woman’s worth is about the way she looks. Low self-esteem, self-doubt, self-loathing are causing women to not reach their full potential. Poor self-esteem or lack of confidence can cause today’s women and girls to make poor decisions about relationship, drugs and alcohol issues causing great negative consequences in today’s society.

In addition, we offer a specialized FREE self-esteem program for girls ages 8 to 18. The conference extends its reach to various non-profit groups and foster care organizations that assist at-risk girls..

Our Mission

The mission of the Women’s Journey Conference is to bring three generations of women together to cultivate personal empowerment; to foster self-esteem in young girls, to initiate positive changes that will offer these women a chance to believe in themselves, and to build a better world for themselves, their families and their communities. Over the last 9 years, we have run workshops facilitated by expert teachers, authors, and lecturers in the areas of spiritual, mental, physical and social well-being for thousands of women. We have presented positive female role models for hundreds of young girls ages 8-18, and invited girls from local non-profits to join in (Orangewood Children’s Home, Colette’s Children’s Home, Canyon Acres, and Child's-Pace).
